1900 Gospels Given Away!
After what has been a huge year for Emmanuel Church with Connect09, the prospect of door knocking/letter box dropping our community with Christmas-wrapped Gospels of Luke (The Essential Jesus) and Christmas Service invitations seemed daunting!
That is until 2.30pm Sunday (13th Dec) when all the Glenhaven delivery areas had been taken by members for delivery. Thank you everyone for your hard work – gift wrapping the Bibles, organising delivery areas, sticking on the cards and then delivering the packages. We pray that our contact with the community will continue to bear fruit … beyond the Christmas season!
